Weekend

Mom is in-town to see Schoonie and have a visit with me. I have Monday off for MLK and have taken Tuesday off because of the inauguration. So mom and I have lots of time to spend together. Yesterday on her way to the doctor her car was side-swiped by a hit and run. The car is not that badly damaged, but it made for a very stressful day for her. We went to Barryhill for dinner and had a great time. Them came home read and went to bed. I was tired and have major congestion in my chest. I am hoping to go to some cool places to eat, catch a movie, and maybe go to the museum. Well see.....

I doing research for cool places to eat I asked some people that I work with for suggestions. People that have lived in Houston all of their lives and love to eat. Here is some of what I got.
